Delivery
Our goal is to deliver our products to each customer as expeditiously as possible.
- Deliveries are scheduled thru the store in which original purchase was made.
- Only the contracted customer or designated authorized person over the age of 18 years old can sign for merchandise being delivered.
- In the event customer needs to change delivery date, customer must notify store where purchase originated within 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery date.
- In the event customer is not home on a scheduled delivery, then the customer must contact store where purchase originated. The store will re-schedule delivery for the next available delivery date.
- In the event of any damaged merchandise. Customer must notate all damages on delivery document and immediately call the store where purchase originated or contact Customer Service @ 1-800-343-4373 or email usadiscounters@usadiscounters.net . The customer may refuse damaged merchandise upon delivery.
